RivetRally Privacy Policy

RivetRally operates a job-site content service for business users. When you text RivetRally a field note or job-site photos, we save the submission as a draft brief in your account. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

When you use RivetRally’s SMS/MMS service, we may collect:

• the mobile number you text from and RivetRally’s messaging number;
• the content of your text message;
• photos attached to your message; and
• related timestamps and processing details.

When you create an account, we also collect the name, email address, and password you provide. Creating an account is not itself an SMS opt-in. You opt in to use the SMS/MMS service by texting RivetRally.

We use your information to:

• receive and process your job-site submission;
• save your field notes and photos to your account;
• show you your submission history;
• keep the service secure and working; and
• respond to your requests.

RivetRally does not send outbound marketing messages, run outbound messaging campaigns, publish content, or approve content on your behalf.

We use Twilio as our messaging service provider for SMS/MMS transport and delivery. Twilio processes information on our behalf to provide those services.

We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to comply with a legal process or protect the rights, safety, and security of RivetRally, our users, or others.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can reply HELP for help. STOP and HELP keywords are handled through our messaging platform’s standard keyword handling. For privacy questions, deletion requests, or other support, contact us at: sales@rivetrally.com.

We keep your messages, photos, and briefs for as long as your account is active.

You can delete your submissions from your account at any time. You may also request deletion of your information by emailing sales@rivetrally.com. We will action deletion requests within a reasonable period.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information and limit access to authorized purposes. However, no method of storing or transmitting information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

RivetRally is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

You may access, correct, or delete information associated with your account through the service or by contacting us at: sales@rivetrally.com.

You may opt out of RivetRally text messages by replying STOP to any message. You may request help by replying HELP.

United States state privacy laws, including California privacy laws, may provide additional rights concerning your personal information. To exercise applicable rights or ask questions about your information, contact us using the email address above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this page and revise the effective and last-updated dates when appropriate.
